LOGISTICS, COURIERS AND SHIPPING
No-one likes shipping charges but as it is a necessary evil we pride ourselves on working closely with our delivery and distribution partners to ensure our products arrive promptly, safely and on time.
Because we are hands on we endeavour to pack orders into the least number of cartons therefore ensuring that shipping costs are kept to the minimum.
UK Mainland Delivery Costs
With a minimum order of just £150 (ex VAT) our delivery charges into most mainland British Isles Post Codes are as follows;
£7.50 (exc VAT) for order value £150 - £350.00 (exVAT)
Carriage Paid on orders over £350 (exVAT)
Postcode exclusions/surcharge destinations:
(Scottish Highlands): AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-39, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-40, PH19-26, PH30-41, PH49-50
(Scottish Islands): (2-5 day delivery) HS1-9, IV40-51, IV55-56, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA20, PA41-49, PA60-78,PH42-44, ZE1-3
Other Shipping Destinations
For all excluded/surcharge UK postcodes, and for all international shipments, please submit your order and we will contact you as quickly as possible with an accurate shipping quote.
If the quote provided is not acceptable, your order can be cancelled and we will refund your payment the same day.
Carriage and shipping charges vary by destination, carton quantity, weight and size so we obtain quotes for deliveries to all other destinations and can assure you that they are very competitively priced.

Orders are usually dispatched by the next working day.
Normal delivery is between 24-72 hours (mainland UK).
Orders outside of UK take longer and notification of ETA will be made but are normally delivered in 4 - 5 days.
